MineIQ Account & Data Deletion

MineIQ - Mining Engineer Digital Assistant respects your privacy. Users may request deletion of their MineIQ account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your MineIQ account, send an email from the email address associated with your MineIQ account to:

Use the subject: MineIQ Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your MineIQ account so that we can identify the correct account.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification of the request, MineIQ will delete the user's account and associated personal data stored by MineIQ, where applicable.

This may include:

Account information
Profile information
Mine records associated with the account
Equipment records associated with the account
Mine diary entries associated with the account
Other account-associated data stored by MineIQ

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the period necessary for those purposes.

Important: Data stored only locally on your device may need to be removed from the device separately, such as by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the application.
